Floor Step-Ups

Floor Step-Ups-

Begin in the push-up position to the side of an 8 inch step.

 

Move the closest hand to the top of the step while maintaining a rigid trunk.

 

Follow with the other hand. Both hands should now be side by side on top of the step. 

 

Move one hand at a time down off the step to the opposite side from which you began. Perform 2-3 sets of 10 repetitions.

 

To increase difficulty, perform a push-up on each side of the step.
