Prone External Rotation

Prone External Rotation-

Lie face down, with your upper arm supported over the edge of the table and with your elbow and lower arm off the edge of the table.

Starting with your fingers dropped low near the floor, rotate your arm upwards toward your head slowly. Return your arm slowly to the beginning position. Repeat 10 times for 2-3 sets.
