Prone External Rotation- Lie face down, with your upper arm supported over the edge of the table and with your elbow and lower arm off the edge of the table. |

Starting with your fingers dropped low near the floor, rotate your arm upwards toward your head slowly. Return your arm slowly to the beginning position. Repeat 10 times for 2-3 sets. |
