Walk-outs over swiss ball |

Walk-outs over swiss ball- Begin with upper thighs on the top of the swiss ball with your upper body in the push-up position.
Proceed by walking you hands forward until the ball is at the level of your ankles. Make sure to keep your trunk steady.
Depending on level of difficulty you desire, you can: 1.) return to the start position OR
2.) perform a push-up at the end of the walk-out and then return to the start position.
Perform 2-3 sets of 10 repetitions. |
