Lifeguarding Classes
Terms and Conditions for Registering for a
Red Cross or Starguard lifeguard Class

I understand that I must attend all
of the classes scheduled for the course I am taking
and that if I
miss any of the classes with out the instructor’s permission
I will fail the course and forfeit any
money paid.
- Blended Learning: It is our policy that if
you choose to take a blended learning style course with us that
you must complete the online portion of the class 2 days before
the in water skills session begins (ie: if the in water skills
session begins on Saturday you must complete the online portion
by thursday at midnight)
- Class Size: We are required to have a minimum
of 6 students in each class. If the minimum number of students
is not reached, the class will be canceled and your registration
will be transferred to another class that is offered by AtlantaSwimming.com.
- Refund Policy: Once you have registered and
paid for a class we can not refund you your course fee.
You can transfer your registration and fee to another class or
person. ALL SALES FINAL
- Indemnification : By completing my registration
for the class, I recognize there are inherent risks involved in
swimming. In consideration of the services provided, I hereby
release and hold harmless, MARIST and its directors, employees
and agents from any and all liability for injuries, including
those resulting in death, and illnesses incurred while attending
any aquatics program, including Lifeguard and CPR Training or
occurring as a result of having attended aquatics program, including
Lifeguard and CPR Training. I certify that my child is in good
health and is able to participate in all program activities. Furthermore,
in the event of an emergency requiring medical attention, I shall
pay for the services rendered.
